I have looked forever for this great taste
It turns seconds to minutes into days
I try hard not to put it into waste
I look at it again, it’s on display
I try to fight myself, but I can’t help
I take a piece from it, there’s still some left
The taste makes it the hardest thing I dealt
I take another small piece, it’s not theft
Now do not judge, I’m sure you can relate
That time where you go against yourself again
To experience your taste buds elate
Taste it, don’t you want to eat it again
It is the best thing in the world although
I know it cannot stay, for all it’s worth
